Simplified procedures; advise according to Act XLIX of 1991 on Bankruptcy Proceedings and Liquidation Proceedings (hereinafter Act on Bankruptcy), Section 63/B Subsection (1):

In the case of the following business organizations in liquidation, the debtor’s assets are insufficient even to cover the foreseeable costs of liquidation, or the liquidation proceedings are technically non-executable according to the general provisions due to discrepancies and deficiencies in the records and/or in the books, and, therefore, in these proceedings, the liquidator wishes to file a petition for simplified liquidation with the competent court of appeal. In respect of the above, the liquidator, based on the Act on Bankruptcy, Section 63/B Subsection (1), calls anyone who has reliable information on any real estate property or other assets the debtor may have (including outstanding receivables and rights) to report such information within 15 days to the liquidator indicating the debtor company.
